oh, I really like it! but there is one major problem - comments on posts can be arbitrary long, how would that fit in the ui? making the bubbles and fields bigger? or adding scrollers and let the size fixed?
I was thinking about handling it the same way the Jaiku web interface handles it– show the first 143 characters, then "...". People can click through if they want to read the whole comment.
mh mh. for me the commenting is kind of pretty essential when it comes down to having a conversation, you know what I mean? and in this case its often getting longer then 143... In my opinion the whole comment should be present within juhu ui... but don't get me wrong the ui is really pretty.
I guess I'm still suck in the Twitter mindset! I see what you're saying about how comments are very important. The UI will obviously be scaleable, but we don't want a single comment taking up the entire window. Maybe something where the user can click a "..." we implement within Juhu, and the full comment will expand to its full lengths, or maybe even pop up above the main window.
